ECLP Blog is run by members of the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program at GE. The goal of this blog is to give you, the reader, a look into a day in the life of an ECLP - in our own words. With a mixture of personal and professional themed content, we hope to convey the wide range of experiences you could expect as a member of this close knit community.

Once offers have been extended, you will be given password protected access to other parts of the site for more resources, including: tips for on boarding, a message board to connect with current and incoming ECLPs, and other tools to help you through the process.
