GE Ranked Best Company for Leadership

BusinessWeek recently released the results of an annual survey conducted by the Hays Group announcing the Top 20 Best Companies for Leadership. For the third time in the past four years, GE ranks #1.

Survey results indicate that the Top 20 companies overwhelmingly believe that “leadership development programs better allow employees to deliver on [their] company’s goals / strategies.”

In addition, the leadership traits most valued include:

  1. Strategic Thinking
  2. Execution
  3. Inspiring Leadership
  4. Decision Making
  5. Team Work

As ECLPs we are reminded daily of the importance of these traits as we continue to develop into GE’s future leaders.
