Where: GE Healthcare, Turkey and Central Asia regional organisation, but based in Istanbul, Turkey today

What:  My first rotation was in Healthcare IT, marketing manager for radiology IT systems in the United Kingdom, supporting the local team in segmenting the market and developing a value proposition for the new radiology IT portfolio. My current rotation is focused on oncology marketing.  I am helping the team to understand the market and its dynamics, creating a go to market plan to create awareness on GE’s oncology capabilities, and building solutions to address some of the market needs. I am also on the ECLP Global Engagement Committee, which looks to find new ways to establish global connections between program members.  Since the ECLP program is truly global with participants all over the world, it is important we stay connected and exchange ideas so we can add more value to GE.

Photo caption: This is a photo of me on a bicycle, taken by my husband when we were in Copenhagen. This is one of the things I miss the most when I think of home in Amsterdam, cycling through the city, to my work and to my friends. It is a healthy and nice way to get around and gives you time to unwind and relax.
