ECLP Improvements Committee Update

A pretty remarkable thing about being in the ECLP program is that you get an opportunity to shape the program while on-program. One of the corporate initiatives aimed at that is the Improvements Committee. Right now the Improvements Committee is focused on three critical tasks:

1. Improving the quality of rotations
2. Expanding ECLP brand recognition across all businesses and poles
3. Increasing the quality and quantity of information from program managers

These initiatives were not created in a vacuum; the Improvements Committee conducted the annual Net Promoter Score survey of all ECLPs to better understand
